Herne Bay Villa Extension

This project involved removing an existing lean-to to the rear of the villa and building a new two storey extension. Located in a heritage zone, the addition was designed to respond to the language of the existing villa, whilst addressing the needs of a modern young family. New and renovated spaces included the kitchen, bathrooms, living/dining/deck area on the upper floor, and living areas below. The contract was run by the architect, with weekly site meetings.
