Ponsonby Apartment Building

The design for this boutique scale 13 unit apartment building was done with architectural designer Gary Bickerton of Alto.

The scale and formal design relate to the site’s urban location. A central courtyard provides light, air and outlook to the apartments, and each unit also enjoys views to either Ponsonby ridge or the Waitakere ranges.
